Rohit Kathuria

Rohit Kathuria is a Senior Partner at Axis Law Offices and has been practising law since 2015. His practice focuses primarily on white-collar crimes, commercial disputes, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and real estate laws. He advises and represents clients across a broad range of complex and sensitive matters, combining strong litigation experience with a practical understanding of commercial and regulatory considerations.

Rohit has substantial experience in white-collar and criminal matters, including economic offences, financial irregularities, cybercrime and other complex criminal proceedings. His practice also encompasses commercial and civil disputes, where he advises and represents clients before courts and tribunals across the Delhi-NCR region.

His Intellectual Property practice covers trademarks, copyright and a broad range of commercial IPR matters. He advises clients on the protection, enforcement and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, including the drafting, review and negotiation of IPR-related agreements and arrangements. His practice extends to both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a focus on protecting and strategically managing valuable intellectual assets.

Rohit also has significant experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including arbitration and related proceedings. He has been involved in matters before arbitral forums and has been appointed as a Local Commissioner by the Delhi High Court in various matters. His exposure to arbitration and court proceedings enables him to approach disputes with a strong understanding of both procedural and substantive legal considerations.

His practice further extends to real estate and property-related matters, including disputes, transactions and legal issues arising in connection with immovable property. He brings a practical understanding of the contractual, commercial and regulatory considerations involved in real estate matters.

A graduate of Amity Law School, Noida, Rohit holds an integrated B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) degree and brings a strong understanding of business and financial matters to his legal practice. He has also undertaken specialised training in Cyber Law and advises on matters involving cybercrime and technology-related legal issues.

Rohit has appeared before various courts, tribunals and forums across Delhi-NCR, including the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. His practice is characterised by a strategic, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach, with an emphasis on understanding the legal and commercial dimensions of each matter and providing clients with clear, practical and effective advice.
